Yes. Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos, Austin are all within our included delivery zone. Fredericksburg, Marble Falls, Bandera, and Boerne are within our extended Hill Country range. Just enter your location at booking and we'll calculate the rest.

Most RV rentals require you to tow the trailer yourself or stay at a fixed campground. We deliver Luna or Sol fully set up to your chosen location — a vineyard, private ranch, as well as rv resort and campgrounds, or even your backyard — and pick it up when you're done. You never tow, set up, or break down anything. It's a mobile boutique hotel, not a rental.

There are few fees you’ll see when checking out so we want to mention what they are all about:

State Vehicle Rental Tax: Texas motor vehicle rental tax rates: 10 percent for rental contracts of 1-30 days (short-term rental). 6.25 percent for rental contracts of 31-180 days (long-term rental)

Delivery Fees: tiered delivery pricing based on distance from Driftwood Texas - 0-20 miles is free. 21-50 miles is $5/mi. 51-100 miles is $6/mi. 101-250 miles is $8/mi. 251-1000 miles is $25/mi.

Prep Fee: $100 - covers preparing and sanitizing the unit inside and out before and after each rental.

Stationary protection package $14.25 / Day - may include: minimum liability limits required by state law. Covers the physical damage to your vehicle in the event of a covered loss. 24/7 RV technical assistance, Lockout/ locksmith, mobile mechanic, concierge services: Services include, but are not limited to: Gas stations suited for RVs, Dump stations, RV Campground referral, reservation, and activities; Local Activities: Bike/Walking Trails, Swimming Areas, Fishing Areas, and more

Damage Protection - $69 - Coverage for accidental damages that can include: Broken appliances/ electronics, damaged interior walls, furniture, stained bedding/ linen. Deductible is $500.

As soon as your soul starts whispering "sanctuary," honestly. Booking early ensures your desired dates and location align perfectly. That said, we love a spontaneous escape—if you're flexible on timing and sanctuary style, we can often work magic on shorter notice.

Absolutely! Your backyard can become your retreat sanctuary. We just need adequate space, electrical access (or we can arrange generator service), and any necessary HOA approvals (particularly important for Airstreams in residential neighborhoods). Let us know your vision, and we'll make it work.

We're surprisingly adaptable, though level ground makes our hearts (and setup) happiest. Our Airstreams need about 35 feet in length and 7 feet in width, while our yurts require a 17-foot diameter circle. Even challenging terrain rarely stops us—we love turning rough spaces into sanctuary spots.

Life happens, and we get it. Here's how we handle changes:

• 30+ days before your retreat: Full refund, no questions asked

• 29-14 days before: 50% refund (we understand plans shift)

• Within 14 days: No refund, but we're always happy to discuss future sanctuary dates

We adore furry friends, but our sanctuaries need to remain pet-free to ensure every guest experiences the same pristine, allergy-conscious environment. Your beloved companions will have to sit this adventure out, but we promise you'll return to them beautifully refreshed.

Yes, provided your chosen location offers these connections. If you're dreaming of truly off-grid sanctuary, we can absolutely accommodate with additional services like generator rental and water tank refills—these become custom experiences we'd love to plan with you personally before booking.

Our yurts & Airstreams laugh in the face of rain—they're 100% rainproof and ready for light precipitation. However, severe winds or lightning require us to prioritize everyone's safety and reschedule your experience. We don't offer weather refunds (Mother Nature writes her own rules), but we'll happily work with you to find new dates when the skies are more sanctuary-friendly.
