Hosting With Us

  • We love working alongside venues, planners, and hosts across the Hill Country. Most partnerships take one of a few shapes: we deliver one or more sanctuaries to your location for a specific event, we become a go-to stay you can offer your clients, or we collaborate across your full calendar of weddings, retreats, and gatherings. Because every venue and event is different, the best place to start is a conversation—tell us about your space and what you'd love to offer your guests, and we'll build the partnership around it.

  • Absolutely—multiple sanctuaries at one location is one of our favorite things to do, whether it's the wedding party getting ready in comfort, close family staying on-site, or a full group accommodation. How many we can place depends on your available space, and access, so share your site details and guest count and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.

  • We keep it flexible, and you choose the path that fits. We can take the whole thing off your hands and book directly with your guests, or we can create the reservation in your name, collect our fees from you, and let you handle the rental with your guests. To reserve, we require 40% down to hold each unit, with the balance due 7 days before the event and a security deposit due 48 hours before the reservation begins. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund; within 30 days, reservations are non-refundable.

  • Not much—level ground makes setup happiest. Our Airstreams need roughly 25-30 feet of length and 9 feet of width, plus electrical access (or we can arrange a generator), water (or we fill tanks), and clear vehicle access to the setup spot. Send a few photos or a site map and we'll confirm the fit before your event. And if your venue or event requires proof of insurance, just let us know what's needed—we can provide it.

  • Beautiful things are on the way. Our luxury restroom trailers are coming soon to complete the Hill Country event experience—and for now, they're available by direct inquiry only while we finish building out this side of the Sanctuary. If you're planning an event and want to be first to know, reach out and we'll take care of you.

Staying With Us

  • We bring your sanctuary anywhere adventure calls—campgrounds, RV resorts, vineyards, or your private slice of paradise. Our delivery fee is included for destinations within 20 miles of our home base in Driftwood, Texas (automatically calculated when you enter your desired location during booking). Beyond that sweet spot, we offer tiered delivery pricing; 21-50 miles is $5/mi. 51-100 miles is $6/mi. 101-250 miles is $8/mi. 251+ miles is $25/mi.

  • Yes. Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos, Austin are all within our included delivery zone. Fredericksburg, Marble Falls, Bandera, and Boerne are within our extended Hill Country range. Just enter your location at booking and we'll calculate the rest.

  • Most RV rentals require you to tow the trailer yourself or stay at a fixed campground. We deliver Luna or Sol fully set up to your chosen location — a vineyard, private ranch, as well as rv resort and campgrounds, or even your backyard — and pick it up when you're done. You never tow, set up, or break down anything. It's a mobile boutique hotel, not a rental.

  • Every Airstream Sanctuary includes:

    • Queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens that beg you to sleep in

    • Full kitchenette with everything you need to create (cookware, utensils, all the essentials)

    • Private bathroom with hot shower and carefully curated toiletries

    • Climate control because comfort shouldn't depend on weather

    • Coffee and tea bar for those perfect morning moments

    • Plush robes, ambient lighting, and cozy seating areas

    • Bluetooth speaker for your soundtrack to sanctuary

    Every Yurt Sanctuary features:

    • Spacious canvas haven with full bed and lounge area for ultimate relaxation

    • Gorgeous woven textiles, layered lighting, and bohemian details that feel like art

    • Electric setup with heating and cooling options

    • Vintage rugs, cozy throws, and carefully chosen touches

    • Outdoor seating with fire pit setup for stargazing sessions

    • Optional outdoor dining area for meals under open sky

    • Stocked kitchen nook with French press and kettle for slow mornings

  • Just yourself, your favorite clothes, a toothbrush, and whatever book has been calling your name. We've thoughtfully curated everything else so you can focus entirely on being present.

  • There are few fees you’ll see when checking out so we want to mention what they are all about:

    State Vehicle Rental Tax: Texas motor vehicle rental tax rates: 10 percent for rental contracts of 1-30 days (short-term rental). 6.25 percent for rental contracts of 31-180 days (long-term rental)

    Delivery Fees: tiered delivery pricing based on distance from Driftwood Texas - 0-20 miles is free. 21-50 miles is $5/mi. 51-100 miles is $6/mi. 101-250 miles is $8/mi. 251-1000 miles is $25/mi.

    Prep Fee: $100 - covers preparing and sanitizing the unit inside and out before and after each rental.

    Stationary protection package $14.25 / Day - may include: minimum liability limits required by state law. Covers the physical damage to your vehicle in the event of a covered loss. 24/7 RV technical assistance, Lockout/ locksmith, mobile mechanic, concierge services: Services include, but are not limited to: Gas stations suited for RVs, Dump stations, RV Campground referral, reservation, and activities; Local Activities: Bike/Walking Trails, Swimming Areas, Fishing Areas, and more

    Damage Protection - $69 - Coverage for accidental damages that can include: Broken appliances/ electronics, damaged interior walls, furniture, stained bedding/ linen. Deductible is $500.

  • As soon as your soul starts whispering "sanctuary," honestly. Booking early ensures your desired dates and location align perfectly. That said, we love a spontaneous escape—if you're flexible on timing and sanctuary style, we can often work magic on shorter notice.

  • We do. For major weekends—Circuit of The Americas, Rodeo Austin, and more—we open reservations early and availability fills fast. Inquire with your preferred dates and we'll help you secure the perfect stay.

  • Earlier is always better—especially for spring and fall wedding season and big weekends like COTA and Rodeo Austin. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind so we can discuss availability. We'll always try to work a little magic on shorter notice when we can.

  • Yes—vineyards, private ranches, retreat venues, or your own backyard. We just need adequate space, and clear access to the setup spot. Tell us where you're dreaming of waking up and we'll make it work. No on site utilities? Thats ok, we have generators and our mobile hotels are self contained(fresh water filled pre-trip and waste water disposed post-trip) when they need to be.

  • We're surprisingly adaptable, though level ground makes our hearts (and setup) happiest. Our Airstreams need about 35 feet in length and 7 feet in width, while our yurts require a 17-foot diameter circle. Even challenging terrain rarely stops us—we love turning rough spaces into sanctuary spots.

  • Life happens, and we get it. Here's how we handle changes:

    • 30+ days before your retreat: Full refund, no questions asked

    • 29-14 days before: 50% refund (we understand plans shift)

    • Within 14 days: No refund, but we're always happy to discuss future sanctuary dates

    We believe in flexibility within reason, because your peace of mind matters to us.

  • We adore furry friends, but our sanctuaries need to remain pet-free to ensure every guest experiences the same pristine, allergy-conscious environment. Your beloved companions will have to sit this adventure out, but we promise you'll return to them beautifully refreshed.

  • Yes, provided your chosen location offers these connections. If you're dreaming of truly off-grid sanctuary, we can absolutely accommodate with additional services like generator rental and water tank refills—these become custom experiences we'd love to plan with you personally before booking.

  • Our mobile hotel sanctuaries are fully rainproof and ready for light weather. For severe wind or lightning, we prioritize everyone's safety and coordinate closely with you on timing. We don't offer weather refunds, but we'll always work with you to find a path forward.

  • Yes—we regularly bring our sanctuaries to weddings, retreats, corporate activations, and celebrations across the Hill Country. Share your venue and dates and we'll confirm the logistics.

  • Absolutely. We can place more than one sanctuary at a single location—ideal for a wedding party, close family, or a group of friends who want to stay together. How many we can bring depends on the space, so tell us your guest count and location and we'll map out what's possible.
